On the Surface

An omnipresent feature of the Oklahoma and Texas landscape are facilities for the extraction, production and storage of fossil-fuel chemicals. Many possess surface characteristics welcoming of abstract photography. While I located many of these while driving, I found others through exhaustive Google Maps searches of known early-day exploration sites.
